Our roots are in the original tar and gravel business and we are an approved contractor for The Koppers Company. The majority of Warren Roofing business is the hot asphalt roofing, and we are a master roofer for GAF, and the JM Corporation. Modified Bitumen roofing is also a significant part of Warren Roofing business and we install roofs by GAF, JM, Performance, Siplast, and Soprema. Warren has kept pace in the Single Ply Technology and is an approved contractor by EPDM manufacturers Carlisle, Firestone, and Versico. The diversity of single ply that ranges from PVC to TPO is covered by manufacturers that look to Warren for its expertise -- namely Carlisle, J.P., Stevens, Fibertite, and Genflex.

PVC agreements with Bondcote, Carlisle, J.P. Stevens, Durolast, Fibertite, Firestone, and Johns Manville round out the majority of the single-ply market as it appeals to owners desirous of lightweight, reflective, elastomeric solutions to their roofing needs.

Despite the quality and the long-term warranty that may be covering your
roof, there is need to oversee from time to time, that all components of your
Roofing System are performing adequately.

In a preventative roof walkover, items outside your warranty or control can
affect the watertightness of your roof. It is very common to find drains
that are blocked with leaves or debris, or mechanical equipment that has been
added and is improperly flashed, not flashed at all, or flashed with
incompatible materials. It is also very common to find looseness to flashing
components existing from seasonal expansions, pitch pockets that need
re-filling, and even damage to the roof which may have been caused by other
trades or mother nature.

Something as costly as your roof should be monitored at least twice a year to
prevent unnecessary problems or damage. Given the pace of business and the
demands on managers' time, very often, building owners are not able to attend
to these less urgent items.
